Nuclear Medicine Performance Tests

Radiation Services, Inc.’s team will perform the necessary medical physic’s testing as prescribed by your accrediting body specification to determine that your equipment performs satisfactorily. The correction of any noted deficiencies will produce the best images your equipment can create. This will enhance the likelihood of a successful accreditation application.

We will provide step-by-step training for your technologists to skillfully perform the required tasks of the ACR Nuclear Medicine/PET Quality Control (QC) Program.  We will provide you with QC notebooks and the necessary forms to assist you in easy and accurate record keeping. Compliance with the ACR QC Program is met with the inclusion of the ACR approved phantom (Data Spectrum Deluxe flangeless phantom) along with manufacturer recommended QC. The phantom can present several challenges including preparation, imaging and processing.
