Radiation Services, Inc. provides vendor specific quality control (QC) forms annually so your facility can easily document required QC tests. We can help you establish baseline values where needed and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Florida’s Bureau of Radiation Control requires that the technologist’s QC be evaluated on a quarterly basis. Radiation Services, Inc. provides a quarterly letter of QC evaluation.
